Bacon and Cheese Meat Loaf

Description

It is a a bigger, loaf shaped version of meatballs. It is a mixture of ground chuck and ground sirloin for texture and flavor. The chuck keeps the meatloaf moist and tender and the sirloin adds more flavor; then added with cheese. It can be served as cheesburger as a burger.
